Nextcloud Error “APCu not available for local cache”

1 Edit the PHP 8.1 APCU configuration file

sudo nano /etc/php/8.1/mods.vailable/apcu.ini

2 Add it to the end of the configuration

apc.enable_cli=1

Ctrl + X, Y, Enter Key to Save and Exit
